Fromm Gold Standard Large Breed Puppy

by Yvonne
(Canada)

I have Newfoundland/Old English siblings and this food makes their coat extremely shiny and silky.

My male is 95lbs at 6mths and his bones are growing strong and he no longer has loose stools. My female, at 74lbs, is a bundle of energy and has nice firm stools. Both pups have been on a few of your top 10 foods and their coats were dull and stools very loose.

I would recommend this food to anyone with a large breed puppy.

The protein level is at 26% which fits well within their dietary needs.

Hi Yvonne
Thanks for sharing your experience. It certainly sounds as though this food is right for your big pups!

As you mentioned, large breed puppies have special dietary needs, and it's important to choose a food that has the right combination, and ratio of ingredients.

Not every premium food will suit every dog or puppy because they're all individuals, and it pays to take the time to find one that 'fits'.

The Fromm range of dog food is one that I have heard mentioned by other visitors although it's not one that I've actually had my dogs test.

I'm going to take a closer look at it now.

Thanks again!

Protein at 26% NEW

I have been told that 26% percent protein is too much for a Newfoundland puppy.
