Hi Alex This puppy biting is very, very normal. Pretty much ALL puppies bite when playing or excited, or to just get attention.
Your pup doesn't sound as though she's being aggressive, but she is just looking for attention and getting excited. The best thing to do is to tell her "NO" sternly, and then ignore her totally for a few minutes.
This method works for most puppies, but of course it takes time and patience, and you need to be very consistent about your corrections. Make sure you tell her NO, and withdraw your attention (ie ignore her) EVERY time she starts biting. It won't work overnight, but within a couple of weeks you should start to see her reduce her biting behavior.
There are other things you can do if you find these methods aren't successful. You can find out more about these, and get more tips on dealing with this common puppy behavior on my Puppy Biting page.
